Fresh buffalo Mozzarella (LACTOSE-FREE)

The lactose-free buffalo mozzarella represent a typical product of the Campania region. They are made of spun dough and take the spherical shape.

Compared to cow mozzarella, they have a more marked flavor and an unmistakable scent of buffalo milk.

Finally, it should never be forgotten that buffalo mozzarella should not be kept in the fridge but kept at room temperature in their government water, up to 3/4 days from the purchase.

About this product:

At our mini-dairy we produce mozzarella and buffalo morsels daily. Unlike the imported product, our products are not subject to chemical-physical and, therefore, organoleptic alterations, due to the effects of cold.

The morsels differ from mozzarella exclusively for their size.

They should be kept at room temperature in their government water, for a maximum of 3-4 days. They absolutely must not be put in the fridge!

Being a fresh product, it is not recommended to consume it if you notice a pinch on the palate. This means that the product has acquired a consistent bacterial load.
